Chris Carter and Frank Spotnitz are writing and producing a feature film based on the book The World of Ted Serios, by Dr. Jules Eisenbud. Carter is also in talks to make his feature directorial debut on the Dimension Films project. Ted Serios is the true story of a psychiatrist in the 1960s who studied a Chicago Bellhop with the ability to project his thoughts onto unexposed film negative.
